Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on network automation.
- Strong experience in telecom environments with knowledge of core telecom network protocols.
- Proven track record of implementing network automation solutions at scale in telecom or ISP environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming, with an emphasis on libraries and frameworks for network automation (e.g., Netmiko, Nornir, PyATS, Napalm).
- Hands-on experience with network management protocols (SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF).
- Knowledge of network protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- Familiarity with telecom hardware and software platforms.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
